Introducing our Ethiopian Guji Firē Organic coffee! As a medium roasted bean this coffee has a creaminess that is normally found in a darker roast. Then add a delightful note of red fruits (we taste Pomegranate) with a rich dark chocolate in the background. Perfect for those who enjoy a balanced and flavorful cup!

The Firē profile was developed to deliver consistent fruit-forward flavors and a complimentary chocolate aftertaste. Grown at about 6,900 ft the temperatures are perfect for a slow ripening which produces the amazing fruitiness that Ethiopian coffees are known for.

We've tried this one as a pour over, drip and espresso (americano) and it retains it's unique flavor in each. I want to try this as a cold brew.
