Our Half-Caff delivers all the flavor and quality of our Mexican Chiapas with half the caffeine.

This Medim-Dark roast coffee is crafted using the Mountain Water Process for a chemical-free experience. Cozy up with the rich, chocolatey, smooth and nutty taste of our naturally decaffeinated Half-Caff coffee.

The Mountain Water Method originated in the 1980s, Using glacial water from Mexico’s tallest mountain (Pico de Orizaba) for the decaffeination process. This unique and 100% natural process takes place before roasting when the coffee beans are still green.

After much research and tasting, we believe this combination is the clear winner, it has flavor and depth on par with our Organic beans.
