Our Mexican Royal Select Organic Decaf coffee is a Medium Dark roast, crafted using the Mountain Water Process for a chemical-free experience. Cozy up with the rich, chocolatey, smooth and nutty taste of our naturally decaffeinated coffee.
The Mountain Water Method originated in the 1980s, Using glacial water from Mexico’s tallest mountain (Pico de Orizaba) for the decaffeination process. This unique and 100% natural process takes place before roasting when the coffee beans are still green.
After much research and tasting, we believe this decaf is the clear winner, it has flavor and depth on par with our Organic beans.
In our taste test, “if we hadn’t known it was decaf, we couldn’t have told the difference”!

My husband and I decided on a whim to go to the Franklin farmers market, boy are we glad we did! Finding this coffee roaster was divine intervention, what a gift you have in your roasting and varieties of coffees. This decaf is what we’ve been looking for, for many years. What flavor, yet smooth and hits on all points for a great cup of coffee. My husband got the regular coffee that was your favorite and now he says it’s his as well. We will be a regular customer from now on. Thank you for reviving our enjoyment of a great cup of coffee!
