Our newest Peruvian coffee is grown in the high elevations of Peru’s Junín region, not far from the legendary ruins of Machu Picchu, this organic coffee reflects the richness of its origin. Carefully cultivated by smallholder farmers and shade-grown using traditional methods, these beans offer a clean, balanced, and flavorful cup.

Tasting Notes:
Crisp red apple brightness opens the cup, followed by smooth, buttery caramel and a soft, graham cracker finish. Lightly sweet and well-rounded, this coffee is perfect for those who enjoy a gentle acidity with comforting, dessert-like depth.
