Eastern Timor Medium Dark Roast coffee is creamy with delightful notes of caramel and fig cookie. It has an extremely rich and full flavor without the earthy tone that comes with many Indonesian beans.

This coffee is, without a doubt, our favorite and is our “Daily Drinker”! It's also Fair Trade and Organic.

Eastern Timor Medium Roast coffee is a delightful, sweet brew with rich notes of dark cherry and chocolate. With a “cupping” score of 87, this coffee does not disappoint.

 The family owned farms are located in Maubesse, an area of high altitude and a sub-district of Ainaro in East Timor, a small island between Australia and Sulawesi. Plus, it's fair trade and Organic!

Introducing our Ethiopian Guji Firē Organic coffee! As a medium roasted bean this coffee has a creaminess that is normally found in a darker roast. Then add a delightful note of red fruits (we taste Pomegranate) with a rich dark chocolate in the background. Perfect for those who enjoy a balanced and flavorful cup!

The Firē profile was developed to deliver consistent fruit-forward flavors and a complimentary chocolate aftertaste. Grown at about 6,900 ft the temperatures are perfect for a slow ripening which produces the amazing fruitiness that Ethiopian coffees are known for.

We've tried this one as a pour over, drip and espresso (americano) and it retains it's unique flavor in each. I want to try this as a cold brew.

These beans are grown in rich volcanic soils at around 5000ft which ensures that the beans mature at a slower pace due to lower temperatures. This slower maturation process results in a denser bean and a more desirable specialty cup.

Our Mexican Chiapas (Med-Dark) roast coffee beans offer a smooth and balanced experience, with delightful notes of caramel and chocolate. Perfect for those who love a rich and indulgent cup!

Grown at around 4,600 to 5,200 ft, they are certified Fair-Trade Organic. Harvested from over 3000 small farms in the Chiapas Mountains.

Our organic Mexican Chiapas (Medium) coffee beans deliver a rich, sweet flavor with notes of toffee and a hint of nuts. Perfect for those who appreciate a smooth and balanced cup!

Like most of our beans, these are Fair Trade and Organic Certified and are grown at 4,600 to 5,200 ft in the Mexican Chiapas Mountains.

Our Mexican Royal Select Organic Decaf coffee is a Medium Dark roast, crafted using the Mountain Water Process for a chemical-free experience. Cozy up with the rich, chocolatey, smooth and nutty taste of our naturally decaffeinated coffee.

The Mountain Water Method originated in the 1980s, Using glacial water from Mexico’s tallest mountain (Pico de Orizaba) for the decaffeination process. This unique and 100% natural process takes place before roasting when the coffee beans are still green.

After much research and tasting, we believe this decaf is the clear winner, it has flavor and depth on par with our Organic beans.

In our taste test, “if we hadn’t known it was decaf, we couldn’t have told the difference”!
